Overnight oats with fruits and nuts 👍
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of your choice
Assorted fruits (e.g., berries, sliced bananas, diced apples)
Assorted nuts and seeds (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds)
Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions:
In a jar or container, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats with 1/2 cup milk of your choice.
Add your desired fruits and nuts on top of the oat mixture.
Optionally, drizzle with honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Cover the jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours.
In the morning, give the oats a stir and enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.
Feel free to customize the recipe with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, and sweeteners!
