2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch or arrowroot powder (for thickening)

Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, and cornstarch or arrowroot powder until well combined. Set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Heat the sesame oil or vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
